Due to recent changes in the server firewall at the data center that are currently beyond our control, some of our customers have had problems connecting to their sites via FTP.
Normally you can use your own domain name as the FTP Host Address (such as ftp.domain.com) in programs such as Filezilla and others. However, many have experienced connection errors with this recently.
In many instances, clients can use the File Manager feature in cPanel for simple, occasional file updates. In other cases, clients manage their files through their WordPress installations.
However, if you still need direct FTP access to your site, please use ftp.cloud213.cloudwebhosting.com as your FTP Host Address until further notice.
We hope to get this reset back to normal domain settings in the near future.
