To transfer your domain away from Mid City Digital to a different domain registrar, you will need to Unlock the domain and get your EPP/Auth code to transfer the domain from MCD.
- Log into your client account at https://billing.midcitydigital.com/
- Navigate to Domains, and select the domain by clicking on the row to go to Overview page (clicking hyperlink will go to the site).
- On the Domain Overview page you’ll see “Registrar Lock” and “Get EPP Code” in the left hand menu.
- Click "Registrar Lock" and then click “Disable Registrar Lock”
- Click “Get EPP Code” to reveal the EPP/Authorization code for the domain. Copy/paste this as needed at new registrar.
